KVM_FEATURE_MSI_EXT_DEST_ID allows the guest to encode bit 8-14 of x2APIC ID into bit 5-11 of MSI address. Theoretically, up to 32768 CPUs are supported with such hack. Signed-off-by: Changyuan Lyu <changyuanl@google.com>
